Job Description
As a Field-Based Sales Educator on the Philips Patient Monitoring General Care Team, you will be instrumental in equipping our sales representatives with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. Your role:
You will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales representatives by providing comprehensive training, product knowledge, sales strategies and measuring the knowledge assimilation. This is a zone based role that involves frequent travel to various locations to conduct in-person training sessions and engage directly with the sales representatives. This position focuses on our general care, fetal/clinical measurements sales teams and business portfolio.
Empowering our sales team with the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles and achieve sales targets.
You’re the right fit if you have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare, or a related field. Advanced degrees are advantageous.
- Proven experience in sales training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry or medical device sector.
- In-depth knowledge of patient monitoring technology and its application in the healthcare environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage training schedules and travel arrangements.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and respond effectively to changing training needs.
- Willingness to travel extensively to different locations to conduct in-person training sessions.
- Travel Requirements for this role are at 50% or greater.
- Preference is to live near a major airport
